The letter further reads: “Thank you very much for the huge commitment that you and your company have made to develop and manufacture this instrument and for the diligent cooperation of your engineering team in completing the evaluation of UGMA-compatibility.”
DICKEY-john’s GAC® 2500 was deemed one of 2010’s most innovative designs in engineering products or systems for the food and agriculture industries by the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE). The unit is equipped with NTEP calibrations for all grain types, and most recently, received NTEP approval for frozen grain calibrations with operating temperatures of -4° F to + 113° F. Custom calibrations are available for specialty products such as walnuts and almonds, as well as non NTEP calibrations, making this unit a valuable moisture testing tool in a variety of industries.
Roger VanderKolk, Product Manager, states “we are excited to receive this important certification within the official grain inspection system. The GAC® 2500 offers the grain industry the latest load cell technology, improved mechanics, and fast infrared temperature compensation making this unit very responsive providing shorter analysis time that are extremely important during busy seasons.”
